Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Before Dispatch
If you cancel your service request before a mechanic is dispatched to your location, no charges will apply. You can cancel by calling our support line immediately.
2. Cancellation After Arrival (Visiting Charge)
If you cancel the service request after our mechanic has already arrived at your location, a standard "Visiting & Diagnostic Fee" will apply to cover travel and time costs. The exact fee will be communicated to you during booking.
3. Service Unavailability
If our mechanic arrives and determines the vehicle requires specialized workshop machinery to fix (and cannot be repaired on-site), we will only charge the standard Visiting & Diagnostic Fee. We will then offer a quote for flatbed towing if required.
Refund Policy
1. Service Labor
Due to the nature of roadside assistance and mechanical labor, service fees (labor charges) are strictly non-refundable once the work has been completed.
2. Defective Spare Parts
If a spare part installed by our team fails due to a manufacturing defect within its stated warranty period, we will replace the part free of charge. Refunds for parts are only issued if a replacement cannot be sourced.
3. Refund Processing
If an eligible refund is approved by management, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method (UPI/Card/Bank Transfer) within 5 to 7 business days.
